I just wanted to add my two-cents about the so-called 'botox craze'. I'm just over 50 and I got my first injections in 2004 to help with some pretty deep (at least in my mind) creases between my eye-brows. And I have to say it worked like a charm.

I've been gettting botox injections about every 6 months ever since and now get injections for wrinkles around my lips too. Every time I get the procedure it's so fast and works so well that I see an almost instant softening of the lines on my face; I look as young as I feel and people notice. I've gotten so many comments about how great I look for my age since I started the botox injections that I don't think I'll ever go back.

By the way, I work out bunches and have a great pair of breasts, but nothing made quite the level of difference that the change in face lines has.
